Literature about Lean Administration in Universities

Hi,


In my University, the process of registrating for classes is very complicated and time consuming and involves several departments.


I am going to write a scientific thesis about how to optimize this process by applying lean management principles.



Therefor I require literature about lean management principles applied in the service sector or, at best, in the management of universities.



Do you have any suggestions on that?
